CRMC Diabetic Education Program

If you or a family member are living with diabetes, you are already aware that there’s a lot to know. The aquatic staff of the CMC Special Services School District's Olympic-size indoor pool, provides swimming programs of excellence to district students and also offers numerous aquatic programs opened to the public for a nominal fee. Cape May County Health Department is dedicated to achieving a healthy community and the prevention of disease by assuring that high quality services, including personal health services, are accessible to all. Center for Lifestyle Management

The Center for Lifestyle Management at Cape Regional Medical Center offers an extensive variety of support groups, health literature, educational classes, wellness programs and information about healthcare services in Cape May County.

Support groups are also available for patients dealing with pulmonary rehabilitation, gastric bypass and lymphedema. Meeting of AA, AlAnon, and Overeaters Anonymous are also held at the Center. Certification programs are offered in CPR, Safe Sitter, and Smoking Cessation.

The health education series covers a variety of topics, from stress management and fitness workshops to nutrition and ways to maximize memory. Blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, fracture risk and peripheral artery disease health screenings are administered by Cape Regional Medical Center professionals.
