Cape May County Government Employee Wellness Center Fitness Facility

The Cape May County Government Employee Wellness Center fitness facility at the Health Department (rear entrance) provides the opportunity for employees to participate in various classes and programs that focus on positive health behaviors, prevention and stress reduction. The workout area has a variety of fitness equipment including treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, weight training area (free weights & Power Blocks), private and group class areas.

Reaching your fitness goals can help improve your flexibility, strength, energy level and endurance while lowering such health factors as your blood pressure and cholesterol.

Visit the website calendar page for more information, staff schedules, fitness class information, and other wellness programs we offer.

Non-member employees wishing to tour or join the Wellness Center are encouraged to schedule an appointment before visiting.
